TCH acts as the General Designer, providing comprehensive management of investment and construction projects of any level of complexity.

Our work is based on strict compliance with the Law of Ukraine “On Architectural Activity” and on ensuring that all design solutions meet the requirements of DBN A.2.2-3:2014 “Composition and Content of Design Documentation for Construction.”

A full range of certified competencies We have an in-house team of qualified specialists holding the full set of valid professional certificates. This enables us to design facilities with the highest consequence (responsibility) class — CC3 — including complex industrial complexes, high-rise buildings, and strategically important structures.

Our certified engineers carry out technical audits of facilities scheduled for reconstruction or major repairs, as well as inspections of buildings damaged as a result of wartime events, providing official reports and recommendations for restoration.

Engineering systems:

We develop all fire safety and industrial safety sections in full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Automatic water, foam, and gas fire extinguishing systems.

Design of fire detection systems and evacuation management systems.
Industrial safety:
Preparation of facility identification calculations (high-risk and potentially hazardous facilities), evacuation time calculations, and design of lightning protection, grounding, and structural fire protection systems.
Digital technologies and engineering precision:
To ensure the highest quality of documentation, we use advanced software solutions.
Autodesk Revit (BIM):
Creation of an intelligent 3D model to eliminate clashes between engineering systems.
SCAD Office and LIRA-SAPR:
Advanced structural strength and stability calculations that ensure reliability and optimise material consumption.
