Comprehensive Services for Obtaining an Integrated Environmental Permit
Integrated Environmental Permit (IEP) is a new type of single permitting document for major industrial polluters, replacing several separate permits (including air emissions, special water use, and waste management permits).
This instrument was introduced as part of the industrial pollution reform under Law of Ukraine No. 3855-IX dated 16 July 2024.
Scope of application: It is mandatory for facilities engaged in activities with a significant environmental impact (including energy, metallurgy, the chemical industry, and others).
