Expansion project for a CC3-class production and warehouse complex
Our team has completed the development of a complex reconstruction and expansion project for an industrial facility in the city of Vyshhorod. The client has obtained a construction permit, and project implementation has begun.
The main objective of the project is the technical modernization of the enterprise and the launch of new production lines to expand the product range.
🏗 Large-scale spatial transformation
The project provides for a complete redesign of the process areas to maximize efficiency:
- A new level of storage: We designed the relocation of the gas tank farm and fire water reservoirs, which made it possible to free up space for a new modern finished goods warehouse.
- A second life for existing structures: The existing canopy is being transformed into a permanent materials warehouse.
🤖 Automation and new capacities
The key focus is on the implementation of innovative equipment:
- Polyurethane foam line: Installation of a fully automated line that will become the main production line. The existing capacities will be moved into reserve, ensuring uninterrupted continuity of the production cycle.
- Adhesive production: A modern universal construction adhesive production line will be integrated into the 1,000 m² warehouse building.
- Administrative block: A second floor has been designed above the production area to accommodate a modern laboratory and comfortable staff amenity facilities.
🛡 Environmental safety and engineering challenges
The facility falls under CC3 consequence class (the highest level of responsibility), which requires impeccable engineering solutions:
- Autonomous treatment facilities: To ensure compliance with environmental standards, the project предусматриває the installation of an additional treatment unit with a separate drainage filtration outlet.
- Process logistics: The project includes the construction of a storage area for process tanks and the modernization of the vehicle loading/unloading rack.
📊 Operating schedule of the facility:
The production facility is designed for stable operation: 250 working days per year in a single-shift mode. The entire scope of work will be implemented in one phase, allowing the client to launch the upgraded capacities as quickly as possible.
