TCH begins author’s supervision of the construction of a unique plant in Cherkasy Region
TCH has officially launched the author’s supervision phase for the implementation of a large-scale project — the construction of a modern potato processing plant.
The facility is being built within an industrial park in Cherkasy Region and promises to become a landmark project for Ukraine’s food industry.
Uniqueness and European experience
This project has no equivalent on the domestic market. To ensure a world-class level of quality, TCH engineers visited similar facilities in Italy and Belgium. Direct consultations with European business owners made it possible to take all operational risks into account already at the design stage.
Key features of the facility:
- Compliance with HACCP standards: The design is being developed in strict accordance with international food safety requirements.
- Full infrastructure cycle: The complex includes an administrative section and a powerful production block (receiving, processing, packaging, and storage areas).
- Innovative logistics: The warehouses will be equipped with modern Hop-on/Hop-off racking systems, which will significantly optimize product handling speed.
- Energy independence and environmental sustainability:
- Its own steam boiler house and modern treatment facilities.
- Water recirculation: A system for reusing treated water in the production process.
- Green energy: Installation of solar panels on the roof of the workshop and the use of heat pumps for heating the administrative and amenity building.
- Safety above all: In accordance with wartime requirements, the site includes a modern protective shelter for employees.
