📈 Context: Why is this important now?
The bioethanol market in Ukraine is experiencing a real boom. While the industry was unstable in 2014–2021, the figures for 2024–2025 are breaking records:
- 96% of Ukrainian bioethanol is exported to the EU.
- In 2025, export volumes increased by 11.9%, reaching 111.2 thousand tonnes.
- Currently, production capacities of approximately 1 million tonnes per year are being designed and built across the country.

🛠What does the project include?
Our specialists have developed a comprehensive solution for the full transformation of the facility, including:
- Production core: Construction of a biofuel production workshop and a specialised neutralisation workshop.
- Storage: Reconstruction of the existing tank farm and construction of two new tank farms (No. 2 and No. 3).
- Energy efficiency: Installation of two gas generators and arrangement of an in-house boiler house within the administrative and utility building.
- Infrastructure and safety: Installation of a modular radiation shelter (civil protection structure), relocation of the weighbridge, and construction of a separate building for instrumentation and control equipment.
