Implementation of the second phase of the Smart Line plant
Author’s supervision is currently ongoing for the construction of a large-scale facility within the Vinnytsia Industrial Park.
Commissioned by Smart Line, our specialists are delivering a project for an industrial complex with a total area of approximately 8,000 m².
Key project parameters:
- Scale: The first phase (administrative and production building) has already been commissioned. Active work on the second phase is currently underway.
- Structural solutions: The project предусматриває an administrative and production building with a height of 25 metres. The frame is made of precast reinforced concrete produced locally, which helps optimize logistics and construction timelines.
- Engineering autonomy: A full комплекса of facilities required for the operation of the site has been designed, with integration into the industrial park’s utility networks.
- Environmental performance and logistics: The project includes local treatment facilities (domestic and stormwater drainage) as well as a well-planned transport layout for large vehicles.
